HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the digital Email Signature Template Kit.
2. Download the PDF provided with your order.
3. Open the PDF and select the link to access the Canva templates.
4. Sign in to Canva or create a free Canva account.
5. Save a personal copy of the templates to your Canva account.
6. Choose your preferred email signature layout.
7. Replace the sample name, title, contact details, social media information, and website.
8. Upload your own logo or profile photograph.
9. Customize the fonts, colors, graphics, and spacing.
10. Download your finished signature as a PNG or JPG image.
11. Add the exported image to the signature settings of your email provider.

For best results, send yourself a test email and review the signature on both desktop and mobile before using it in customer communication.

Image-Based Email Signature

These Canva templates are designed to be exported and used as image-based email signatures.

The editable elements inside Canva do not automatically become individual clickable links after export. Depending on your email platform, you may be able to add a hyperlink to the entire signature image after inserting it into your email settings.

Individual clickable icons, coded HTML signatures, responsive email signature development, and technical installation are not included.

Logo Is Not Included

The Mercateal logo, Owl’s Touch logo, and other sample branding shown in the listing images are used for presentation purposes only.

This product does not include:

Stock Photos Are Not Included

The women, workspaces, lifestyle photographs, printed email examples, mockups, and styled listing images shown in the product presentation are not included.

Replace sample photographs with your own images or properly licensed stock photographs.

Illustrations Are Included

The decorative illustrations, floral accents, icons, dividers, and graphics already placed inside the Canva templates are included for use within your customized email signature designs.

Email Installation Is Not Included

We do not install the signature in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, or any other email platform.

Because each email provider uses different settings, menus, image-size limitations, and formatting rules, individual technical assistance is not included.

Canva

These templates are designed to be edited in Canva.

A free Canva account may be sufficient for most edits. Certain premium Canva tools, elements, export options, or transparent-background features may require Canva Pro.

Basic Canva knowledge is recommended. Individual customization, resizing, proofreading, email installation, HTML coding, and technical support are not included.

A change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of Canva knowledge, email-provider limitations, installation difficulties, formatting differences, or incompatibility with a particular email platform does not qualify for a refund.

No printed materials, physical cards, photographs, props, stationery, packaging, or other items will be mailed or delivered.
